1. dateline for Project 2 is on the 10th of April. Rupanya ramai lagi yang still beratur nak pakai radas makmal especially makmal Geologi Kejuruteraan.
   
2. I just came back from Kunak, Sabah. Visited my research area. The estate's senior assistant was very friendly and helpful. Didnt spend much time there because the PTI workers is creeping me out.
3. On my way home from the trip, I heard a news broadcast of armed robbery in a town not far from my research area. That was bad. Thank god i'm out of there already.
4. The smell of someone's Dove shampoo reminds me of Labuan Matriculation College's dorm toilet. :)
5. I finally bought myself a coloured contact lenses. It's grey and i successfully some of my friends including R.
6. R and i had a fight. It's over but we're still in this awkward situation. I pray things will be okay. To friend who's been there for me when i need you guys/girls, thank you so much!

updates yang mungkin bosan

1. saya sudah boleh minum milo. kalo dulu minum milo akan dapat migrain.
2. saya sudah boleh makan chocolate walaupun dalam kuantiti yang terhad tetapi saya berasa sangat gembira.

7. hari ini adalah birthday Hanim Sufinaz yang saya rasakan adalah perempuan melayu terakhir di dunia! dia sangat comel dan baik dan lemah lembut dan terus terang saya katakan jika saya lesbian saya akan memikatnya sepertimana jantan-jantan diluar sana.
8. teddy bear saya yang bernama Donuts sudah mula berbau busuk. tetapi bau busuk itu sedap dan saya tidak bercadang untuk menghantar Donuts ke dobi.

10. hari ini saya cuma tidur kurang daripada 3 jam tetapi tidak berasa mengantuk. walaupun saya cuba untuk melelapkan mata, saya percaya saya tidak boleh tidur juga kerana - sekali lagi, fikiran ini sangat kusut.
11. jika diberikan pilihan untuk menjadi manusia atau binatang, mungkin sekarang saya rela menjadi seperti seekor kucing yang saya jumpa di cafe tadi. kucing itu dengan senangnya duduk hujung singki dan hanya memerhatikan sekelilingnya. dia nampak tenang.

sunburned or tanned?

i attended the Malam Aungerah for School of Science and Technology last Saturday night. the event went well until the master of ceremony announced that a fellow student passed away in a tragic accident and asked for a moment of silence.

instead of being quiet to show respect for the student, we all whispered around asking who is this person and what had happened. turns out its a 2nd year Industrial Chemistry student who got into a bizzare accident in campus. there's a few version of how it happened.

a friend told me the student was on his way to send a set of keys to a friend. he decided to leap across a drain only to "salah bajet speed/energy".....and hit his stomach at the sharp edge of the drain. he lost a lot of blood at the scene but appeared to be fine and talking on his way to the hospital. it happened about 4-5am at the School of Engineering and Information Technology. sadly, he fell into a coma by mid-day and pronounced dead by sunset.

i felt sorry for him. so dear friends, please...better safe than sorry.

Geology Sports Day went well last weekend. I only registered for Kayaking event on Sunday and cheerleading on Saturday. i arrived early on Saturday only to find less than half of my batch there. oh dear, i have never played bola baling before but too bad there's not enough player for the 3rd year. and so i played defense. aaah, teruk gila. halfway in the game, Hidz wanted to take a picture of me chasing the ball but somehow someone stepped in front of me and i tripped and fell flat-faced on the ground. Hidz tak jadi ambik. Friends kesian tengok i lari-lari kejar bola, almost dapat then ada "gerhana" sebab budak junior yang jauh lagi besar dari aku menghalang pancaran matahari. total eclipse beb! haha!

the 2nd day was held at UMS' Outdoor Development Centre (ODEC). i joined all the events - tug-of-war yang saya rasakan saya tidak menyumbang apa-apa tenaga kerana tenaga yang saya sumbangkan itu boleh diabaikan - konon pandai Fizik; beach volleyball yang juga merupakan kali pertama saya sambut bola dengan tangan kurus kering macam Jack the Pumpkin King dalam Nightmare Before Christmas tu; dan akhir sekali acara Kayak berpasangan.

i think the tug-of-war is the best event. i screamed out loud and then realised a junior was taking video or picture of me. aihs, tolongla jangan guna video itu untuk ugut saya. hahaha!

i signed up for this event because i love being in the water and its a challenge to myself. i paired up with Halim, we were leading in the first round but somehow the 1st years caught up with us. it was raining but we had helluva F.U.N!

we went back around 2 in the afternoon because its pouring outside. too bad because i was planning to kayak for as long as i can - even until sunset. we won mostly 2nd place in all of the events. this is my last sports day being a student in UMS. 1st year i was in the 3 on 3 girls basketball team, last year i was the organizer, and this year i joined all of the events minus futsal and basketball. jangan tamak, bah! ;)

now the skin on my nose had started to peel. its hideous i tell you! but i had fun! and best memories with best friends.

forgot to remember

there are things in life that we forgot to remember.

last week i received a facebook friend request from the person i least expected. she's a junior in my high school. we only got to know each other a year or so before her family was transferred elsewhere. it took me quite some time to register the name and that face.

her dad was posted to work at my hometown. i noticed this new girl since we prefects keep an eye on all of the students - and yeah, we know the juicy-juicy gossips but we keep it among the circle. so there's this new girl. people say that she's sombong, but i honestly think she must be really shy and scared to be around new people and place.

we contined to just watch her - i am not a bad senior, but i enjoy watching people. and there's this day, she stopped me midtrack, slipped a note in my palm and walk away. M, P n Rb's eyes went (@.@). so, i only opened it when i reached home.

surprisingly, she was shocked the first time she saw me in school. i never smile to her but i was never mean to anyone.

truth is i look like her bestfriend who died some years ago. exactly like her. i read the letter over and over again. B wanted to be friends. i might have sent out the wrong signal when i didnt smile at her - even when i notice she's staring at me. aiyo. so there, we became friends. but still its awkward for me. because i look like someone who's dead. *shivers*. the sad thing is she wasn't in Malaysia when her bestfriend died, only to receive the news about a month after. she never got the chance to say goodbye. and so when B saw me, she cried.we lost contact after i went to college and i heard she moved back to her hometown.

i realised i have forgotten to remember the people who once appeared sometime in my life. especially dear friends.

primary school friend - Stevefrey who drowned in a pond 7 years ago, rest in peace; high school friend, MM - who moved back to her hometown just after 2 years sworn to be BFFs, "aku masih simpan surat-surat ko wey," ; high school senior, FF - passed away in a tragic accident, i'll always remember your cute chuckles.

looks can be deceptive

im having weird dreams - or nightmare if you call it that. so im kind of keeping a journal that i write the first thing i woke up every morning. and last night i just had a dream punching someone in the face and a cat-fight with a blurry face. yes, i know that this has got to do with the anger i keep inside. malaslah nak gaduh, macam budak kecik je.

thesis is in good progress. i just started grain size analysis. i actually did it before for Sample 1 and Sample 2 last semester, but someone stupid throw my sample yang ready to be sieved. bodohla, i put there already "don't disturb", siap letak "please".

oh ya, there is this one thing about "Do Not". sometimes i think people just dont understand these two simple word. "Do Not Tell" means DONT TELL LAAH! Trust is not a thing that i can easily give away - yes, even to close friends. So once i decided to turst you, you're pretty damn lucky! But what did you do to the trust i've given you? You betray me. This. Is. Not. Good. But hey, i wont get back at you. Karma has its own way to reward people, or....make their life really miserable.

Looks can be deceptive. i can look like a goody-goody Anne but i can also be a real bitch if i wish to summon The-Bitchy-Anne. so, dont mess with me. do not try to touch me or hurt the people around me.

i can really, really, really release the EVIL within me.
