10 reasons why women cheat
Ten reasons why women cheat:
10. The relationship isn't THAT serious
This one I have no comment at all. Period.
9. They are bored in the relationship
They get bored when the sparks no longer fly, they are stuck in a routine at home or in the relationship, and if their man isn't paying attention to them or they aren't having anymore fun together. Women need romance, dancing, dinners, spontaneous getaways, anything that will keep them guessing and make them feel special. The longer you leave gaps in between the romance, some other guy may be fillin' gin' for you. When the man she loves is spending too much time and attention on himself or his other interests, it is a complete turn-off for women because we want to be the center of his world, and when we aren't, we know that someone else will place us on a peddle stool. You've seen the chick flicks guys, how much more do we need to spell it out for you?!
8. They aren't getting what they want out of the relationship
Women need to know their place in your life, we want to know that you are in it to give them that happily ever after, and if you don't step it up, then you need to proceed with caution. It isn't about sex, it's about being with a man that is ready to GROW UP and take the relationship to the next level. We don't want to be your baby mama, but if that's what it takes to get you to commit, then some women will take that route and make you miserable for the rest of your life, all because... you didn't give her what she wants or needs in the relationship.
7. When he has too much "baggage"
When your friends come over too much or stay too long, you're not doing couples activities and you're all just sitting around playing video games, that will make you all look like a high school boy instead of the man she knows you can be. If you seem to be fighting about other people in your lives, that is definitely a red flag that she is not happy, so schedule time with your friends or family and let her go do whatever she likes to do then meet up later. Whatever you do, don't keep repeating the same thing over and over when she tells you she doesn't like something (or someone); take care of the problem like a man, don't keep irritating her. When you really love someone, you will make the simple effort to make little changes for the benefit of the relationship; its all about compromise.
6. They won't leave something for nothing
That is why we always tend to have a "rebound guy," you know, the guy after the serious long-term relationship, before the mini-relationships that will eventually lead to the new and improved relationship with someone better then you. Don't be mistaken, women are a lot more slick then we have been given credit for, and you won't even see it coming. By the time you're ready to "work things out" she may be on to bigger and better things, so if you know you love her and want to be with her, you better fix the problems before you get replaced. We think about our feelings and emotions a lot before we stray or start looking for the rebound guy, by the time we act on it, we have made up our minds and moved on. All you need to know is that the plan was well thought out before it was executed.
5. Ok, sometimes it is about the sex.
aha, this one does not apply to any of you readers. :P nak tau lebih, go check out the link at the end of this post.
4. When things start to go sour
Let's face it, women need a lot of attention, we have feelings and emotions that run deeper then any of the seven seas in the whole wide world. If you forget her birthday, an anniversary, or any other special day or if you skimp out on the other important days like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, New Years Eve or WHATEVER, she will feel unappreciated and that is a major red-light danger zone! If you are so caught up and busy doing whatever it is that you do, even if you are working a lot to pay bills and what not, at the very least... you better remember the days that count! The rule of thumb here is that you need to show your appreciation to her, show her how special she is and how much she means to you. Say thank you in little ways, because every woman will tell you, "it's the little things that count." The reason the little things count is because they all add up to one big thing, whether or not you appreciate her enough. If she baby's you when you're sick, packs your lunches, makes you dinner every night, if she cuts your hair, or makes you feel special by throwing you a surprise party, or gets you little thoughtful gifts here and there, no matter what the occasion, she is doing her best to make you feel special, loved and appreciated. We will never say it out loud, but we're expecting you to do it for us too. Picking up some flowers "just because" is a great way to show her, taking her out for a romantic dinner will also do the trick, getting her a card to say you're sorry, or giving her a little something because you love her, will always work wonders. If not, there is always some guy out there that will give her the works and charm those panties off by sweeping her off her feet.
3. If the relationship gets physical in a bad way
Ni pasal boyfriend yang suka pukul-pukul girlfriend. Main tampar-tampar time gaduh ke. Heh, ni tak penting kot. Rare cases.
2. When she doesn't come first in your life
A woman has to feel like she is your number one priority outside of your real responsibilities like work or school, since women can be considered your partner, she needs to be treated as such, and more. If you spend too much time at work and not enough time on her, there will be a big fight around the corner. I know it sounds selfish, but that is just the way we are. Women just want a guy to make her feel like a princess, so if you've got other things on that peddle stool, you better make room for her because if she isn't your number one, she will belong to someone else in no time. It's not just about people either, it is also habits and addictions, like drugs or video games, if you spend more time on the PlayStation III or getting high, she will find a more mature man that will place that crown on her head and slip on that glass slipper.
1. Whatever you can do, we can do it better
If you have cheated on us and we take you back, you better be on your toes every minute of every day! Don't think you are in the clear just because she forgave you, you better watch how she interacts with your brother, your cousins, your best friends, co-workers, and anyone with a penis. She will go for the jugular fellas, and I am not playing! If you break her heart and she gives you a second chance, she is probably going to start plotting the biggest, heart-breaking performance of her life. Just when you think it's all water under the bridge, you will find your heart ripped out, stomped on and spit on, under that bridge. Every woman handles it differently, she will either go for someone close to you, or she will slowly but surely, be with someone else behind your back, whether you find out about it or not is up to her. Trust me fellas, she will smile in your face and act like everything is normal, but behind that grin lies the remnants of a broken heart plotting away vengeance. Men love the thrill of the chase, they are natural predators, and once they have a piece of the pie, they are done with it because the thrill of the chase is over. If they get caught it's because they weren't doing it right, they got sloppy, and weren't paying attention. Women on the other hand, are very detail oriented, if she gets caught, she probably wanted to. The woman who got cheated on will either take you back and get you back to even the score, or she will not have anything to do with you. It's all a game, and most of the time... it's the men that play the fools.
I know this all sounds horrible, and you probably think that women aren't like that, but if you really believe that then you are naive. Women are not nice when you hurt them or don't treat them the way they deserve to be treated. They will strike when you least expect it, she will hurt you in a way you never thought possible, and if she did it all because of some thing you did or failed to do, she will do it without a single regret. A woman scorned will do the impossible and the unbelievable; you will not be prepared for the atomic bomb she will drop on you.
It could be days, weeks, months, years, but she knows she is in control and she will take her time to get you back.
Let's go back to the beginning, remember how Eve convinced Adam to eat that apple? Well, that's the kind of power we have over men. Don't think for a moment, that you are special, men are disposable, sad but true. Anything you won't do for us, someone else will be more then willing to step up and take care of us, and that's the guy that gets the trophy wife.
The self-absorbed, naive man, is still a boy to us, and what we really want, is a MAN. A woman will love you whole heartedly if you play your cards right, but if you don't, she will call your bluff and walk away with the pot, take your pride with her, and leave you all alone to figure out how the heck she pulled it off.
so guys, better watch out.

a great story about HELL
A Great Story About Hell - HELL EXPLAINED BY CHEMISTRY STUDENT
| |
I received this email one day, and where the original infomation came from I don't know. It was called, "HELL EXPLAINED BY CHEMISTRY STUDENT"
The following is an actual question given on a University of Washington chemistry mid term.
The answer by one student was so "profound" that the professor shared it with colleagues, via the Internet, which is, of course, why we now have the pleasure of enjoying it as well :
Bonus Question: Is Hell exothermic (gives off heat) or endothermic (absorbs heat)?
Most of the students wrote proofs of their beliefs using Boyle's Law (gas cools when it expands and heats when it is compressed) or some variant.
One student, however, wrote the following:
First, we need to know how the mass of Hell is changing in time. So we need to know the rate at which souls are moving into Hell and the rate at which they are leaving. I think that we can safely assume that once a soul gets to Hell, it will not leave. Therefore, no souls are leaving. As for how many souls are entering Hell, let's look at the different religions that exist in the world today.
Most of these religions state that if you are not a member of their religion, you will go to Hell. Since there is more than one of these religions and since people do not belong to more than one religion, we can project that all souls go to Hell. With birth and death rates as they are, we can expect the number of souls in Hell to increase exponentially. Now, we look at the rate of change of the volume in Hell because Boyle's Law states that in order for the temperature and pressure in Hell to stay the same, the volume of Hell has to expand proportionately as souls are added.
This gives two possibilities:
1. If Hell is expanding at a slower rate than the rate at which souls enter Hell, then the temperature and pressure in Hell will increase until all Hell breaks loose.
2. If Hell is expanding at a rate faster than the increase of souls in Hell, then the temperature and pressure will drop until Hell freezes over.
So which is it?
If we accept the postulate given to me by Teresa during my Freshman year that, "It will be a cold day in Hell before I sleep with you," and take into account the fact that I slept with her last night, then number two must be true, and thus I am sure that Hell is exothermic and has already frozen over. The corollary of this theory is that since Hell has frozen over, it follows that it is not accepting any more souls and is therefore, extinct......leaving only Heaven, thereby proving the existence of a divine being which explains why, last night, Teresa kept shouting "Oh my God."
THIS STUDENT RECEIVED AN A+.

Even the Terengganu Showcase failed to attract tourists from Brunei. I only get to go and tengok-tengok on the very last day of the showcase. Nothing much left to see though. Mom bought minyak urut that they claim to be panas. We tried the sample, and it truly is panas. But when we come home and mama asks me to massage her, alamak, tak panas langsung. I think better sapu minyak cap kapak, lagi panas. The RM10 should go to a better place - buying fresh fish from the market.
These two days is a bummer. Another "bump on the road". And to top all that, I found out three of my coursemates were chosen to go to Perth (yes, PERTH, AUSTRALIA) to gain some exposure on internship with overseas companies. I wish i'm the one chosen to go. I've never been anywhere but Borneo and Peninsular Malaysia. Its a dream come true if i get to travel abroad. And internship with overseas company? Oh dear, once in a lifetime chance. Even if its just for an early exposure. I envy them. Maybe i hadn't study hard enough to deserve such an honour. Whatever it is, im happy for them. I hope to see them soon so that they can share with me their experience being abroad. sigh.

velcro and handiplast
Earlier today he told me to just drop him at the airport then go straight back home. But i refused. I want to hold his hands one last time before i see him again in 2 months time. When i asked him why he wants me to just drop him off, his answer is easy. So that it wont hurt too much like taking off the handiplast slowly from the wound. AR, "imagine pulling off a strip of handiplast from your hands / legs. If you pull it slowly, the glue will tug at your skin and hair, it hurts. The pain will come in waves. (means if i stayed longer at the airport it would be tougher for me to let him go). On the other hand, if I pull the handiplast in one swift move, the pain will come and go instantly. (same like just dropping him off at the entrance and go straight back home).".
he let me decide anyways. And, i have decided to stay at the airport till he disappears behind the immigration clearence counter. He told me that i have to get used to being apart. But as i drove back home alone, my heart tells me it will always be difficult. Anyways, if one of his friend can maintain a 5 year long-distance relationship, why cant we?
Have faith sayangku. I love you.
Velcro. Its a term for girlfriend/boyfriend being overprotective and insists to spend all their time together. I was once a velcro. But i learn that my man needs his freedom.
think of love as a beautiful butterfly. You love it so much that you grasp it hard, only to find it crushed in between your palms. But if you set it free, it will dance gracefully in the air for you. If it comes back to you, then it's yours - for life. (anne munchkins . 17 Nov 2008)

deep in depression
A feeling or spell of dismally low spirits. -definition from thesaurus.com.
that is the best word to describe my current condition. i am homesick. very. will be going back to Miri on the 21st, just 9 days away. but it seems like forever.
i have lost the touch. the touch to make people around me happy - that includes to make myself smile. I do smile, but it wont be the big grin i used to have. I woke up in the morning, looking eye to eye to my reflection in the mirror. I tried to smile. but it looks fake. Lately, i stopped trying.
I am cursed. the things i touched go faulty. the place where i put my heart at turns into a dark place. cold as ice. I raised my hands off the keyboard, they shook. Not too much, but it is noticeable in a way.
Last night I had a migraine attack. i killed the lights. wrapped myself in the blanket. Hugged Donuts tight until it seems like his eyes is going to pop out of his body. The pain is excruciating. I breathed heavily into Donuts. Squeezed my eyes shut. A tear rolled down my cheek. Now my eyes throbbed. The throbbing continued, spreading to the left side of my head. I quietly whispered to myself to go to sleep. I chanted all the way. Hoping that dreams can take me away from this pain.

chokehold
though im not supposed to post this but since i have modified it a bit for the thesis, i guess its okay then. its a hand-trace of rivers, streams and tributaries of my research area. pretty cool huh? and now my right arm is swollen. nice.i spend the whole day "repairing" my base map. there will always be something missing here and there. tried to take a nap in the evening but i woke up in a jolt by the sound of knocking from the walls. okay, this might sound creepy but my housemates told me "something" is disturbing them at night. shit. i seriously dont like this.
anyways, there's been really crazy things happening lately. me n R had a huge fight. this really sucks. and then im having trouble to stay focus on my thesis.
i had a dream about my cats. for your info, my parents sent them away since they dont have time to care for all 7 of them. they sent them to a bazaar not far away from home. mom said she checked on them every now and then when she went to the market. i had a dream about them coming back home. i cried. they were my best friends when im feeling lonely at home during the long holidays. well, mom called this morning. told her about my dream. she was shocked. part of the shoplots at the bazaar was burnt down last saturday. and that's where my cats used to laze around on the sidewalk. poor babies. but my mom went to check on them. they're safe. seems like they moved to the other part of the bazaar. thank God. part of me wished i dont have to be here. i should stay at home and care for them. its my responsibility since im the one who took them in when they were just kittens. and now its my fault they almost got killed in the fire. i can only pray that they live a happier life, with much freedom than what i can give them before.
Luna is sleeping over at her aunt Bella's house. its been - like 3 weeks already since i saw her. i missed her dearly. at times like this, i missed the way she would just tug at my pants for a pat on the head. or the times she would patiently sit under the table and wait for me to finish my homeworks - then let her out to the balcony for her binky. i'll try to get her back as soon as i hand in my complete version of Project 1. due date is on Tuesday the 4th. ganbatte~!
but not all thing that has happened was bad. me n R made up after the huge fight. another challenge i guess. another test. we learn to understand each other more everyday. i have said some harsh things in the previous blog entry but deleted it soon afterwards. there are things that is best kept to yourself. and i have learned that, you cant change people. and i know, people cant change me. im still the way i am, slightly polished but not quite shining yet. R taught me lessons in life. the hard way, of course. hmm, a way of growing up, again i guess.
okay, this is the fun part. i read on Cleo magazine on something about the "30 things you must do before you turn 30". and i thought it would be great to try it out. one of it is "learn how to successfully change a car tyre". I PROUDLY ANNOUNCED THAT I HAVE SUCCEEDED CHANGING A FLAT TYRE. urh, of course with a little-tiny-weeny-bit of help from R. =P
there's a lot of other tips that i would like to share with you. but i will post it in the next blog post.
i am currently suffering from a massive neck pain. which i think can only heal by a massage from my beloved mom. Dr.B is performing the hajj end of november. so im guessing my second fieldtrip to Kunak is cancelled. i would have to confirm it with him though. cant wait to go back HOME.

its been a while since i can come up with ideas to write something. even if i know what to write, i just cant get myself to sit down and type it out.
its already the 13th week of this semester. shitty! two more weeks to hand in my project 1. and double shitty my samples wont cooperate with me. plus some missing lab apparatus is not helping either.
these two precious of mine kept me sane enough not to commit suicide. :P Luna my pet rabbit and R. love them both so much!
i took this picture on my way home for raya holiday. dah tak sabar dah ni!
went shopping with mom and dad. benda yang paling i tak suka is when mom / dad's friends ask me "how is your preparation for PMR/SPM dear?" grrrrr...
this is my beloved mummy. the night before raya. orang lain sibuk siapkan for open house esoknya and im busy taking pictures. and dont say i tak tolong in the kitchen okay! too many cook can spoil the soup! :P.jpg)
the kek lapis sarawak (in pink, orange & chocolate, and the green + yellow). the dark one is my my favorite and a family's secret recipe. its called "kek mata kucing". but the ingredients does not include buah mata kucing.
thousand island. we have this for raya every year but this year its strictly vege and no more tuna and eggs. :/
ni time curi-curi makan kek lapis yang mummy dah potong cantik-cantik. muahaha! takpe, esok salam tangan mummy mintak maaf. .jpg)
a home that i miss so much. we moved into this house in 1990. i was just 3 years old then. roses yang dalam vase tu, me and daddy yang pilih. unfortunately its dead by the third day of raya.

a tribute to dayang atiqah rahman
I was at Labuan matriculation college then. Labuan is an island just off coast Sabah. its not that big but a quiet and lovely place - i have plans to move there upon retirement. haha.
so, it was the dry season of the year. interruptions on water supply has become something common every other day. as classes ends at 3.30pm, we would all rush back to the dorms, make full use of our hands to grab as many pail as we can in one go and head straight to the water tank located at Block B. i was living at Block C at that time. we are among the first block to run out of water - including the water saved in huge blue plastic water tanks. i took my time about it since rushing to fill up water at that "peak hour" will only create frustration, lining up from the water tank all the way to the tv room.
i decided to wait until 6pm, gathered my basket full of toilet stuff - toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cream, facial wash, my favorite pink loofah, and walked happily dressed in only kain sarong and a t-shirt to Block B. the line was still long. too bad its too late to turn back since there are more and more people coming. so i decided to join the line.
and there she was. a tall girl, with long curly hair leaning on the wall in front of me. she placed her bucket on the ground and leaned back on the wall. fiddling her hair. she turned to me and smiled. we started talking and moving our pail as the line grew shorter. laughing and scratching at our feet that is swarmed by mosquitoes.
when finally, i asked her:
"kau dari mana bah?" (bah is just an additional word at the end of sentence. commonly used in Sabah, but not applied to every sentence. haha.)
"sa dari sarawak. sibu, sarawak." (sa is the short form of 'saya' in Sabah).
"yarabi. kitak urang sarawak duhal! kamek pun orang sarawak juak. miak miri.." (you're a sarawakian? im a sarawakian too. from miri. - this is not the direct translation.)
"apa la kerja kita duak tok berklaka sabah. pelik ada jak bunyi nya," (what the hell are we doing speaking 'sabah' to each other. sound damn weird.)
That was around the same time of the year, 3 years ago. a friendship which started with a sweet smile.
Happy Birthday Atiqah Rahman. i will always love your photographs on FlickR, and a mati-susah-kipas of your blog. Cheers!
nota kaki: sila lawat blog atiqah rahman. saya telah meletakkan link kepada blog beliau di lajur sebelah kanan bahagian bawah blog saya. kepuasan di-gerenti. haha.
